Tube Installation Tips
If one is not experienced at installing a inner tube in a tire, it can be quite easy to pinch the tube and cause a puncture.
After one of the tires beads has been installed onto the rim, a slightly inflated tube should be installed inside of the tire and the tubes valve should be inserted through the rim hole.
The next step is to install the tires other bead. Starting at the opposite end of the valve, work your way around the rim before finishing at the end of the rim with the valve hole.
When using tire levers be sure not to pinch the inner tube!
For tight tolerance fits, it is recommended you follow the tips outlined in Installing difficult tires
To ensure that a tube is not being pinched under a the tires bead core after the tire is installed on the rim, the following instructions can help prevent a pinch or puncture from occurring:
